Infosys new rules on work from home
Infosys has tightened the ‘work from home’ rules. It has imposed a limit on extra work from home’ permissions. Currently, there is a rule to come to the office 10 days a month. Even from that, the flexibility to seek exemption continues. From now on, only 5 days in 3 months will be given such exemption. If the employee or anyone in the family has health problems, permission can be taken by showing a medical certificate.
