Job Vacancies Must Be Filled
It is a welcome move that the state government has initiated steps to fill 10,000 jobs via the job calendar and another 3,000 teacher posts through the DSC. Furthermore, filling the more than one lakh currently vacant posts as quickly as possible would alleviate the hardships faced by the unemployed. Unemployment is a major issue plaguing the country today; millions of highly educated individuals are struggling due to a lack of employment. Meanwhile, the opportunities available to job seekers are shrinking as governments raise the retirement age for employees.
