Land Scam Worth ₹12 Crore: Deputy Collector & 8 Others Booked
Police in Kadapa registered a case against District Deputy Collector Maheshwar Reddy and eight others, including a VRO and sub-registrar, over a ₹12 crore land fraud. The accused allegedly used forged documents to illegally transfer prime land on Kadapa's outskirts to YSRCP leaders. Following investigations into the creation of fake certificates and illegal registration, authorities booked all officials and individuals involved in the multi-crore land grab scandal.
