Medaram... Rs. 8.06 crore income in three days
Telangana: The counting of offerings from the Medaram Maha Jatara continued for the third day. Officials said that Rs. 2.01 crore in income was received after counting 140 donation boxes on Saturday. They revealed that after the completion of counting 420 donation boxes in three days, the total income amounted to Rs. 8.06 crore. This cash has been deposited into the endowment account. One-third of this amount will go to the Medaram priests. Cash from a total of 828 donation boxes will be counted.
