Modi did not do what Nehru did: Nirmala Sitharaman
Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the government has no problem with former Army Chief Naravane. She said they respect him. She stated that Naravane's book has not been banned, and the Defence Ministry has not yet given clearance. "Modi has given the armed forces the freedom to do what they think is right. The Prime Minister did not do what Nehru did, who said, 'Arunachalis... take care of yourselves'," she criticized.
