Our target is to win the World Cup: Gill
India's new ODI captain Shubman Gill has made it clear what the team's target is. "It is a rare honour to be the captain of the ODI team. I hope I can fulfill this responsibility effectively. We have 20 ODIs to play before the 2027 World Cup. Our ultimate goal is to win the World Cup. We will work hard for this," he said. Sports experts believe that the BCCI has changed the captaincy keeping the ODI World Cup in mind.
