Pahalgam Hero Adil Awarded
The Jammu and Kashmir government has announced an award for Adil Hussain Shah, who bravely fought and sacrificed his life in the attack carried out by terrorists in Pahalgam last April. Adil attempted to snatch a gun from the terrorists who were attacking indiscriminately. The horse rider risked his life to save the tourists. Recognizing his courage and bravery, the government presented his family with an award along with a cash prize of ₹1 lakh.
