Pakistan Saudi Arabia Sign NATO Style Defense Pact Raising Strategic Concerns for India
If any country in NATO is attacked, NATO countries will consider it an attack on their entire alliance and come to its defense! Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have now signed a similar agreement called the ‘Strategic Mutual Defense Agreement’. According to it, if any of the two countries is attacked by other countries, both will fight together. This agreement was signed during the visit of Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to Riyadh. Shehbaz Sharif and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman signed it.
