Police Recruitment Drive
The state government has approved the filling of 5,000 vacant posts in the Telangana Police Department. The Finance Department has issued orders to this effect, having given the green signal for recruitment after reviewing the vacancy status and other relevant factors. The 5,000 posts to be filled include 148 Civil Sub-Inspectors, 14 Armed Reserve Sub-Inspectors, 12 Telangana Special Police Reserve Sub-Inspectors, 3 SAR CPL Sub-Inspectors, and 23 Assistant Sub-Inspectors.
