Ravuri Bharadwaja Memorial Award for Paravastu Lokeswar
Hyderabad: Koteswara Rao, administrator of the Ravuri Bharadwaja-Kanthamma Trust, announced on Friday that historical researcher and writer Paravastu Lokeswar has been selected for the Ravuri Bharadwaja Memorial Award for the year 2026. The award is named after the late Jnanpith Award recipient Ravuri Bharadwaja. It was announced that this award is being presented to Lokeswar in recognition of his contributions to novels, short stories, and travelogues. Haripriya, a classical music exponent and one of the 'Hyderabad Sisters,' has been selected for the Ravuri Kantamma Seva Puraskar.
