Rohit, Kohli break records in one innings!
Sanju Samson broke records in the match against West Indies. Rohit Sharma broke the record (15) for the most boundaries (16) by an Indian player in a T20 World Cup match. He also scored the most runs in a chase (97*), surpassing Virat Kohli's (82*) record. Kohli scored these runs against Australia in 2016 and Pakistan in 2022. Sanju is also the Indian keeper to have won the most Player of the Match awards (3) in T20Is.
