Shouldn't one wash their feet after visiting the Navagrahas (nine planets)?
Scholars say that one should not wash their feet immediately. They say that doing so reduces the positive influence and merit we receive from the energy waves of the planets. However, it is said that one can wash their feet after returning home from the temple and after some time has passed. It is advised to complete the circumambulation of the Navagrahas, sit there for a while, remember the blessings of the planets, and then leave. Devotees believe that washing their feet immediately after the circumambulation disrupts the process of removing negative influences.
