Surge in Electric Vehicle Sales
New Delhi: In April this year, 23,506 passenger electric vehicles were sold across the country. The Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) revealed that this figure represents a 75.14 percent increase compared to the 13,421 units recorded during the same period last year. Meanwhile, Tata Motors solidified its position as the market leader in this segment with sales of 8,543 units, registering a growth of 77.17 percent.
