The Green Jersey: A Curse for RCB!
Once again, the green jersey has proven unlucky for RCB. Since the 2011 season, the Bangalore players have worn this green-colored jersey for one match each season as part of an initiative to promote environmental protection. So far, they have played 15 matches in this jersey, losing nine of them (including yesterday's match against Delhi). It is also noteworthy that RCB suffered defeats in their 1st, 50th, and 100th matches played at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.
