Major Responsibilities for a Junior Employee
The Andhra Pradesh Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation (APMSIDC) is fast becoming a hub for arbitrary decision-making. Within the corporation, the post of General Manager (Drugs) is a highly critical position. Yet, just two weeks ago, a Junior Analyst was appointed as the General Manager of this vital Drugs Department. According to regulations, officers holding the rank of Assistant Director within the Drug Control Administration are the ones who should be appointed to such posts. Instead, the responsibilities of the Corporation's General Manager (Drugs) have been entrusted to a Junior Analyst.
