Doctors say that the risk of heart attacks is higher in the morning. They say that the heart is under pressure during waking hours and blood pressure increases. They say that there is a chance of stroke in the period of 0-100 seconds after waking up, in addition to 7-11 am. They also say that there is a chance of stroke between 5-6 pm. To reduce the risk, they suggest drinking water upon waking up, taking medicine on time, and having a protein breakfast.
