New Delhi: State Bank of India (SBI) and its subsidiary, SBI Capital Markets, have announced plans to sell a 1% stake in the National Stock Exchange (NSE) through its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO), valued at ₹30,000 crore. SBI Chairman CS Setty stated that the bank would sell a 0.65% stake, while its subsidiary, SBI Capital Markets, would sell a 0.35% stake.
