Trade deal with US.. to come into effect from April: Piyush Goyal
Union Minister Piyush Goyal announced that the India-US trade deal will be signed in March and will come into effect from April. He said that officials from the two countries will meet in Washington from February 23 to 25 and approve the first phase of the deal. He met with US Ambassador Sergio at the AI Summit held in Delhi. Goyal said that deals with UK and Oman may come into effect from April, and the agreement with New Zealand may come into effect in September.
