Vande Mataram.. Now you have to stand up!
The Center has brought new rules making it mandatory to sing the full version of Vande Mataram during official functions, flag hoisting, and speeches by the President/Governor. If Vande Mataram and Jana Gana Mana have to be sung at the same event.. Vande Mataram should be sung first. Everyone should stand up when it is playing. There is no need to stand in the theater if Vande Mataram comes in the middle of a movie, documentary, or newsreel.
