Why is India so close to America and China? What does Nirmala say?
Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the central government gives priority to the security and well-being of the people of the country. She spoke about India's relations with the world. Responding to a question about why India is close to the US and China, she clarified that 'India wants friends everywhere. It is in the Quad, BRICS, RIC. But it takes decisions independently'. She said that US tariffs are not the reason for the change in GST slabs.
