Will Vijay Join the NDA?
TVK Chief Vijay—who aspires to become a key player in Tamil Nadu politics—has generated considerable interest with his upcoming visit to Delhi tomorrow. Although party sources state that he is traveling to appear before the CBI for an inquiry regarding the stampede incident in Karur, speculation is rife across Tamil Nadu that his actual purpose is to discuss a potential alliance with the NDA. Rumors are circulating that Pawan Kalyan is actively maneuvering to facilitate Vijay's entry into the NDA fold. It is also reported that during today's party meeting, several TVK leaders expressed a preference for an alliance with the BJP (the 'Lotus Brigade').
