7.20-Hour Spacewalk Outside the ISS
Washington: NASA astronauts Chris Williams and Jessica Meir conducted a 7.20-hour spacewalk outside the International Space Station (ISS), 400 kilometers above Earth, on Tuesday. In a challenging operation, they replaced a critical joint—the "wrist"—of the 17.6-meter-long "Canadarm2" robotic arm. The Canadarm2 robotic arm has been in service at the ISS for 25 years.
