'Bus' plan fizzles out... Shortage of express bus services for 'Mahalakshmi' scheme
Hanumakonda: Officials have curtailed the free travel facility provided to women on RTC buses under the state government's 'Mahalakshmi' scheme. Female passengers are expressing anger over the reduction in express bus services operating from the Hanumakonda bus station to various locations. It appears that express services have been reduced not only at the Hanumakonda bus station but also at other depots across the undivided Warangal districts.
