A warship every 40 days: Navy Chief
Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Dinesh Tripathi has revealed that an indigenous warship or submarine is being inducted into the Indian Navy every 40 days. He explained that the target is to have more than 200 warships and submarines by 2035. He said that currently 52 ships are being built in Indian shipyards. Currently, we have 145 warships and submarines.
