A study has revealed that going to bed at a different time each day disrupts the circadian rhythm, negatively impacting blood pressure and hormone levels. A study conducted on 3,000 individuals concluded that, as a result, the risk of developing heart disease increases. It warned that this risk is particularly high among those who sleep for less than 7 to 8 hours. The study clarified that heart health can be better preserved if one maintains a consistent bedtime at night, rather than a consistent wake-up time in the morning.
