All applications for government schemes to be online?
Telangana: The government is planning to digitize the implementation of welfare schemes in the state. It has tentatively decided to accept applications online instead of paper applications. The government is planning to introduce a transparent online system to eliminate the difficulties of people having to carry papers and run around offices for schemes. It is believed that this will eliminate the involvement of middlemen and ensure that the schemes reach the beneficiaries directly.
