Another new feature on WhatsApp!
WhatsApp is testing a new feature that will allow users to receive notifications so that they don't miss the statuses of their favorite contacts. The trial is ongoing in Android WhatsApp Beta 2.25.30.4 version. Users need to click on the status of their favorite contact and click on the three dots at the top. If they select the 'Get notifications' option there, they will receive a notification as soon as that contact's status is posted.
