Appoint a Chairman for the School Education Commission
Amaravati: A secretary of the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) has filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the High Court, requesting a directive to the government to appoint a retired High Court judge as the Chairman of the School Education Commission. The High Court heard this PIL on Wednesday. It directed the government to issue appropriate orders regarding the representation submitted by the petitioner on October 1 concerning the appointment of a chairman. The court disposed of the PIL, specifying that a decision on the representation must be announced within four weeks of receiving a copy of the judgment.
