Awards for Best Teachers Today
Amaravati: The government is set to present awards to outstanding teachers today on the occasion of Teachers' Day. Chief Minister Chandrababu will confer these awards during the state-level 'Guru Puja Utsavam' (Teachers' Day celebration) event in Vijayawada. A total of 79 school teachers, 23 junior lecturers, 14 lecturers from the Technical Education Department, 35 university faculty members, 17 degree college lecturers, and six faculty members from engineering and pharmacy colleges have been selected for the Best Teacher Awards.
