BJP MP’s resolution to cancel Rahul’s membership
BJP MP Nishikant Dubey said that he is introducing a resolution to cancel Rahul’s Lok Sabha membership. This has been proposed to the Speaker. Political experts say that if there is a discussion on this and the government votes on it, he may lose his membership. Meanwhile, resolutions introduced by members on their own to discuss an issue/opinion/decision are called Substantive Motions. The Speaker has the final decision on the discussion on this.
