Canadian firm to invest ₹7,000 crore in ‘CtrlS’
Hyderabad: Local firm CtrlS Datacenters Limited is significantly expanding its data center infrastructure in India. The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) has stepped forward to invest ₹7,000 crore for this purpose. Of this amount, ₹4,000 crore will be used to acquire an 8.2% equity stake in CtrlS Datacenters. The remaining ₹3,000 crore will be invested in a joint venture (JV) company to be established by the two entities.
