Gains for the fourth consecutive day; Sensex rises by 250 points
After closing at 77,155 in the previous session, the Sensex opened with slight losses on Thursday morning and experienced volatility until the afternoon; however, it moved into positive territory following a late surge in buying. It eventually ended the day at 77,409, posting a gain of 254 points. Meanwhile, the Nifty followed the Sensex's trend, settling at 24,168 with a gain of 82 points. Stocks such as Max Healthcare, Nykaa, Adani Power, CDSL, and Kaynes Technology recorded gains.
