Chandrayaan-4 landing site fixed
Following the success of Chandrayaan-3, ISRO is preparing for another historic step. It has finalized the crucial landing site for the 'Chandrayaan-4' mission, which aims to bring lunar soil back to Earth. This time too, ISRO has given priority to the South Pole region of the Moon. As this is a 'Lunar Sample Return' mission, it involves complex stages such as landing, soil collection, and return. This mission is scheduled to be launched by 2028.
