Clashes in PoK.. More than 30 people killed
More than 30 people were killed in clashes between security forces and protesters in several places in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. 200 people were injured. The clashes took place after the authorities banned the civil rights alliance Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC). This alliance is fighting for a solution to economic and political problems in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Pakistani security forces opened fire on protesters in Rawalpindi and Muzaffarabad in PoK.
