Exercise, running... it's best to do it in moderation!
It is good to exercise daily. But doctors warn that overdoing it is dangerous to health. ‘You can run 30-50kms per week. Also, walking 7000-10,000 feet per day is best. Running for long distances increases the chance of heart and joint problems. Strength training two to three times a week is enough. Moderate exercise and proper rest are important,’ they suggest.
