Interest rates in America have increased. On Wednesday midnight (Indian time), US central bank Fed Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh announced that the key interest rates would be increased by a quarter of a percent. The 12-member Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) chaired by Warsh unanimously approved this.
