Food for Mars... Offer of Rs. 6.75 crore
The American space agency NASA has launched a challenge called ‘Deep Space Food Challenge: Mars to Table’. NASA has announced that it will give $750,000 (approximately Rs. 6.75 crore) to those who can develop food that can be grown and cooked on another planet for astronauts traveling to Mars. It suggested focusing on nutrient-rich food. It stated that anyone in the world can participate in this competition.
