Freedom Oil to Launch IPO
Gemini Edibles & Fats India (GEF), a Hyderabad-based company that sells cooking oil products under the brand names Freedom, B-Right, and First Class, is preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). It has filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the capital market regulator, SEBI, seeking approval for this. The proposed IPO will be entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS), wherein promoters and investors will sell up to 4.11 crore equity shares.
