High Court Hearing on Ghosh Commission Report
Telangana : Lawyers representing KCR and Harish Rao informed the High Court that the government constituted the Ghosh Commission on the Kaleshwaram project solely to harass their clients. A hearing was held today regarding the petitions filed by KCR, Harish, Smita Sabharwal, and SK Joshi, seeking to quash the Commission's report. Their counsel argued that the Commission's report was used as a pretext to target the two key leaders and engage in a smear campaign against them. Meanwhile, the government alleges that irregularities occurred during the construction of the Kaleshwaram project.
