High tension in Nizamabad district; Congress leader Vinay Reddy placed under house arrest
Political tension prevails in the Armoor constituency of Nizamabad district. A high-tension atmosphere has gripped Ankapur village due to competing programs organized by Congress and BJP leaders today. Congress leaders had called for a siege of BJP MLA Paidi Rakesh Reddy's residence to demand the fulfillment of promises made during the elections. While Congress cadres were preparing to lay siege to the BJP MLA's house in Ankapur, BJP leaders declared that they were ready to respond to the protesters.
