IPL-26: Rs 18 crore player missing?
Sri Lankan pacer Pathirana, who was the second highest price (₹18 crore) in the IPL mini auction, is yet to fully recover from his injury. Cricbuzz said that he has not yet joined the KKR team, which is set to start on the 28th of this month. SL Cricket Board said that he is recovering at the center. It is known that Pathirana withdrew from the T20 World Cup midway due to left leg muscle pain. He took 47 wickets in 32 matches for CSK in the IPL.
