Jagan's petition to be recognized as opposition leader... Hearing postponed
Andhra Pradesh: The hearing on the petition filed by Jagan seeking directions to recognize him as the Leader of Opposition has been postponed. The High Court has ordered the respondents to file a counter. The next hearing has been postponed to October 4. Meanwhile, Speaker Ayyannapatrudu had given a ruling on February 5 refusing to recognize Jagan as the Leader of Opposition. Jagan moved the court to declare that ruling illegal.
