Justice Lisa Gill Sworn In as Judge of AP High Court
Andhra Pradesh: Justice Lisa Gill, hailing from Chandigarh, has taken the oath as a Judge of the State High Court. Chief Justice Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur administered the oath to her in the First Hall of the High Court. Justice Lisa Gill is set to assume the responsibilities of Chief Justice following the retirement of the current CJ on April 24. With this, she is poised to make history as the first female Chief Justice of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
