‘Kit’ Issue for Team India!
A kit-related issue has arisen just as the Indian men's cricket team is setting off for the Asian Games. Reports indicate that some team members had not received their jerseys prior to their departure for Nagoya, Japan—the host city for the games. Before the Asiad cricket tournament begins, the Shreyas-led Team India is scheduled to play a lone T20 match against Japan. Consequently, the team was due to receive one jersey for that specific match and another official jersey for the Asian Games. "Since there were two different types of jerseys, some team members faced sizing issues."
