Lesson on ‘SIR’ for Class 9
New Delhi: NCERT has made the ‘SIR’ (Voter List Revision) process being undertaken by the Election Commission a lesson for Class 9. It has been praised that the EC is carrying out this process impartially. It has been said that the aim of ‘SIR’ is to ensure that the deserving are not wronged and the ineligible are not benefited. It has been praised that the EC is taking the ‘SIR’ process forward amidst the challenges faced by fake news, misinformation and threats.
