Opposition up in arms over NEET and Ayodhya
The NEET question paper leak issue brought parliamentary proceedings to a standstill on Monday. While students were laying siege to Parliament demanding the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, the opposition created a massive ruckus over the same issue in both Houses. Tensions prevailed in both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. The Congress and other opposition parties demanded immediate discussions on the NEET paper leak, protests regarding the 'Cockroach Janata Party' (a reference to the BJP), and the theft from donation boxes in Ayodhya.
