Telangana: The state government is currently working towards implementing the promises made during the election campaign that are still pending. Reliable sources indicate that the Chief Minister is expected to make an announcement during the Assembly sessions—commencing tomorrow—regarding two key pledges: providing a monthly allowance of ₹2,500 to women aged 18 and above, and hiking the pension amount to ₹4,000. Furthermore, it is understood that key decisions regarding new welfare schemes, irrigation projects, infrastructure development, and urban planning are also set to be unveiled.
