Notices were issued to the respondents—the Principal Secretary of the Endowments Department, the TTD Executive Officer (EO), the TTD Chairman, the BIRD Trust Board Chairman, and Dr. Jagadeesh (in his personal capacity)—directing them to file a counter-affidavit containing full details regarding the matter.
