Promote Cultivation of Premium Rice Varieties
Hyderabad: State Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka stated that the government is always ready to support farmers. He instructed officials to encourage farmers to cultivate premium rice varieties that are in high demand in the market. During a cabinet sub-committee meeting held at the State Secretariat on Wednesday, he discussed agricultural produce, grain procurement, storage facilities, and the *Vanakalam* (monsoon) cropping season with Ministers Uttam Kumar Reddy and Tummala Nageswara Rao.
