Ramalayam Exists There for Decades
Amaravati: Those attempting to obstruct the construction of a Ramalayam (Rama temple) in Akividu, West Godavari district, have once again suffered a setback in the High Court. On Tuesday, the High Court dismissed a petition filed by Vanga Jyothsna of Pedapeta and two others, which challenged the District Collector's issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the construction of a Rama temple, and the subsequent granting of construction permissions by the City Panchayat Commissioner.
